Responding to the residents’ desire to have a RT hall with the limited land available, we and the residents discussed the results to design a hall on the road in their neighborhood.
Is an neighborhood Association hall for Residents in Mojolaban, Sukoharjo. Residents want to have an neighborhood association Hall on the road due to the limited public land belonging to RT 14 residents. The hall is designed in contrast to the surrounding environment, becoming a new identity for residents
The main material used is a WF steel frame with fillers for roost walls, partitions, Kalsiboard folding walls and Spandek roof.
The lower part of the building is used as a street space equipped with benches and pedestrian ways.
The interior of the building is designed to be airy with a flexible partition (folding wall) which is used as a warehouse when the building is not in use.
