In collaboration with a developer, Ecross Arsitama provided a design for Mr. Abdul (Developer) to develop an Exclusive Cluster in Sleman Regency.
The house has a land size of 85 sqm with a building area of 120 sqm (2 floors)
The building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and at the back there is a small garden.
On the second floor there is a balcony area connected to the family room.
The master bedroom has access with a small window to the outside. Small Window was chosen because the cluster faces the west side.
The building looks minimalist designed by exposing the raw materials of the building, namely concrete, steel, and wood.
The building has a car port with a capacity of two cars, the small garden in front provides a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere.
The front (the rooster covered area) is used as the service area.
